The primary responsibilities of this business focused role include the structuring and documentation of equity and  fixed income transactions and the provision of legal advise directly to the business lines on a various other capital markets related issues. The successful candidate will have at least three years of relevant experience, gained in a top tier firm or existing in house position and must have had exposure to capital markets products including derivatives. Prior Securitisation and/or project financing experience would be advantageous. Excellent legal drafting and communication skills are essential for the position. Chinese language abilities would be preferred.
