Our client is a leading multinational trade related organization. The role primarily consists in the responsibility for the results and development of Company’s inspection business in China, possibly North Asia (Greater China, Korea, Japan), closely linked to its Trade Finance Services business line.

LOCATION

Guangzhou, Shanghai, Qingdao or Hong Kong

ACCOUNTABILITIES

Market intelligence and industry networking in the Chinese [North Asian] Commodities (agricultural, metals and minerals) sector.

Sales and business development in China [North Asia] for Company’s Inspection and Trade Finance Services;

Development of innovative and profitable services in China [North Asia].

Marketing for Group’s services performed outside North Asia (SE and South Asia, Latin America, US, Black Sea/EU, etc.).

PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

China [North Asia] Commodities Inspection and Trade Finance Services financial performance.

Group’s Commodities Inspections sales growth in and related to China [North Asia].

Innovative projects presentations and implementations.

KEY COMPETENCIES

Has a strong commercial awareness, understands business / industry fundamentals and customer expectations.

Ability to formulate innovative response to clients needs.

Highly developed client relationship skills.

Is result oriented and has a strong sense of financial dynamics.

Is a self starter, self motivated, self confident and can be held accountable.

KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS

5-10 years in the China [North Asia] commodities (agricultural and/or metals and minerals) sector, in inspection, trading, or other commodities-related services.

Commercial/marketing/customer acquisition, management and business growth.

Inovative business development and project management.

Fluent Mandarin and English as a minimum.

High level of integrity, professionalism and discretion.
