Because of recent expansion, they are looking for a first year Associate and a second year Associate with Mandarin Chinese skills to join their Financial Institution Group within their investment banking division in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

- Reporting to the Managing Director and Vice Presidents, you will be responsible in leading and executing IPO and M&A deals for the Greater China region as an investment banking generalist. 

- Responsible in performing a wide range of corporate finance functions such as developing financial models and financial due diligence, preparing pitch books and presenting proposals to clients in Asia Pacific Region

- Provide financial advisory to clients, involve in client meetings and road shows, and perform financial analysis on various industries within Asia

Qualifications:

- University Degree from a top tier University ideally with a MBA, CPA or CFA qualification

- A minimum of 1 year of investment banking analyst experience from a bulge bracket investment bank or international financial institution in Asia

- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin Chinese

- Strong presentation and team playing skills

- Extensive knowledge in financial modelling, valuation and financial analysis

- Strong written and spoken simplified Chinese skills and ability to lead meetings and presentations in Mandarin Chinese
