We are offering a one year training program for new or recent graduates to join the following teams. You will have the opportunity to participate and work on various products and strategies and will be given on-the-job training.

A. Intern – Warrants Sales Team - Global Market Division (Ref: MARK/GEF-I-0910)

Main Responsibilities
1. Work closely with Warrants/CBBC Sales team
2. Assist in maintenance and development of Warrants/CBBC websites
3. Support marketing activities like advertising, websites, newsletter and seminars
4. Automate various daily processes through Excel/Word VBA and PHP/HTML programming language
5. Warrants/CBBC and stocks data analysis for reporting and presentations

Requirement
• Degree in Finance, Engineering, Mathematics or related disciplines
• Must be less than one year working experience
• Experience in VBA programming on Microsoft Excel and Word
• Experience in web programming on PHP, MySQL and HTML language
• Knowledge in Microsoft Windows, UNIX, Microsoft Office, Photoshop and Flash
• Knowledge in Chinese typing
• Self-motivated, responsible, able to work under pressure and tight deadline
• Good command of spoken and written English and one other Asian language (Chinese/ Japanese etc.)

B. Trainee – IT User Infrastructure Services Team (Ref: ITEC/GLS-T-0910)

Main Responsibilities
1. Create and maintain technical documentation for support applications
2. Provide support and administration for desktop enterprise infrastructure for anti-virus, master server for PC setup, print server, dhcp server, DFS, desktop policy.
3. Management of SMS server for desktop management including inventory, deployment and security patches rollout
4. Third level support for the desktop related or application issues escalated by helpdesks
5. Provide / develop tools or scripts for improving the daily process or operations for desktop areas

Requirement
• Degree in Finance, Information Technology or related disciplines
• Must be less than one year working experience
• Good exposure for tools and scripting for automating the process of desktop management
• Good knowledge for Windows enterprise setup including Active Directory
• Good exposure for SMS, AD, GPO and Citrix administration
• A team player with ability to work independently
• Self-motivated, responsible, able to work under pressure and tight deadline
• Good command of spoken and written English and one other Asian language (Chinese/ Japanese etc.)
 

C. Trainee – IT Front Office Support Assistant (Pre-trade Team) <Jean-Brice LOMBARD>

 (Ref: ITEC/GEDS-T-0911)

Main Responsibilities

1.   Working as Equity Derviatives Trading Room support.

2.   Participate to the support of Equity Derivatives systems in Asia region.

3.   Monitor and Document the systems - Develop new monitoring tools when required.

4.   Propose solutions to reduce recurring problems and workloads.

5.   Formalize procedures to improve the support efficiency.

Requirement

•       Master Degree in Engineering with Information Technology specialization, or related disciplines

•       Must be less than one year working experience

•       Good knowledge for Operation System (Linux and NT/XP) and Scripting Language (Shell, Perl)

•       A team player with ability to work independently

•       Self-motivated, responsible, able to work under pressure and tight deadline

•       Good command of spoken and written English and one other Asian language (Chinese/ Japanese etc.)
